This infographic highlights the key actions Wales needs to take for a collective, coordinated approach toward ending violence among children and young people.  

 The infographic demonstrates how the nine violence prevention strategies included in the Framework enable a whole-system response to violence prevention, supported by the nine violence prevention principles that   should inform the delivery and content of each strategy. Taken together, the strategies and principles ensure that primary prevention and early intervention can be prioritised at the individual, community and societal level and that violence prevention activity is coordinated with and aligned to key practices and approaches, including  evidence-based decision making, upholding Children’s Rights and ensuring a trauma-informed approach.
